Programming Modes
The Pin-Master 48 is
fitted with a 48 pin universal DIL socket.
- Program virtually any DIP device (0.3"
or 0.6" wide) directly in the ZIF socket
- no adapters
- All other package types like PLCC, SOIC, QFP
and TSOP are supported. MQP manufactures its own
range of high quality package converters.

Programming Speed.
Manufacturers of universal programmers
are often reluctant to quote programming speeds, as
universal often means slow. The Pin-Master 48 will
blank check, program and verify a 1Mbit 27C010 in
19 seconds. This includes data transfer time.
