To program this part on an MQP programmer select 87C552, 87C552S, or 87C552U as appropriate.
On a third party programmer:
- If the part is 87C552 select Philips 87C52
- If the part is 87C552S select Philips 87C52S
- If the part is 87C552U select Philips 87C52U
On a third party programmer the ID check must be disabled.

1. A capacitor (eg 10nF) is normally fitted to bypass VPP supply.

2. A capacitor (eg 10nF) is normally fitted to bypass VCC supply.
