Instructions for Use:

MQP programmers

Select actual device type from menu, and proceed as usual

Third Party Programmers

Select EPROM type Hitachi HN27C256 on programmer.
IMPORTANT: Disable ID checking on programmer to prevent damage to A9 pin on micro. (This device does not have a silicon signature.)
Set Address Range to 0000-1FFF for 6473228, or 0000-3FFF for 6473238. Leave as 0000-7FFF for 6473258.
Insert AD372 in programmer socket as appropriate.
Program as normal for the 27C256.

Fitted capacitors need not normally be modified but the following information is provided to assist our customers in special technical situations:

1. A capacitor (eg 10nF) is normally fitted to bypass VPP supply.

2. A capacitor (eg 10nF) is normally fitted to bypass VCC supply.
