For use on the following programmers

MQP System 2000 with MP2 (up to 4 sockets) or MP4 (up to 8 sockets), Pin-Master 48
Any programmer capable of programming 32 pin DIL version of the equivalent Hitachi EPROM (except H8-325 which is on MQP programmers only. For the H8-325 on third party programmers, use AD372)

Instructions for Use:

MQP programmers

Select actual device type from menu, and proceed as usual

Third Party Programmers (not HD6473258)

Select EPROM type Hitachi HN27C101 on programmer.
IMPORTANT: Disable ID checking on programmer to prevent damage to A9 pin on micro. (This device does not have a silicon signature.)
Set Address Range to 0000-BFFF for 6473256, or 0000-EFFF for 6473257.
Insert AD361 in programmer socket as appropriate.
Program as normal for the 27C101.

Fitted capacitors need not normally be modified but the following information is provided to assist our customers in special technical situations:

1. A capacitor (eg 10nF) is normally fitted to bypass VPP supply.

2. A capacitor (eg 10nF) is normally fitted to bypass VCC supply.
